Introduction

Temi Magg (Temitayo Magbagbeola) is a dedicated nurse, leader, coach, and entrepreneur deeply passionate about making a difference. Her commitment to service is further amplified by her Christian faith, which she infuses into her work. As an accomplished author, speaker and book writer, Temi shares her insights and experiences to inspire others. She is also a skilled coach and mentor, guiding others on their personal and professional journeys with wisdom and compassion. With her diverse skill set and a heart for service, Temi is unwaveringly dedicated to empowering others and driving positive change. Temi is a unique individual who juggles a multitude of roles and responsibilities. She is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, aunty, in-law, friend, home maker, speaker, coach, mentor, manager, director, entrepreneur, and strategist. This diverse array of roles speaks to her versatility and multifaceted nature, inspiring others with her ability to balance multiple responsibilities and keep a portfolio of careers. One of Temi’s famous inspirational phrases is “Own IT”.

Education

She has experienced various life challenges and phenomenal wins. She attended her foundation schools in Nigeria, including Queen of Apostle and Alafia Primary school prior to progressing to Urban Day Grammar School. She completed nursing and midwifery training at the University College Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria, in 1997 and 1999, respectively. In 1997, she was awarded Best Student Medical Surgical and Best All-rounder.' She migrated from Nigeria to United kingdom in 2001, where she attained a First class in BSc in Professional Nursing Studies in the United Kingdom, New Buckinghamshire University in 2008, a Master in Science at Imperial College London 2010, and a Master of Business Administration at the University of South Wales in 2020. She is about to complete a PhD in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bristol as a Scholar. To name a few, she is also a qualified non-medical prescriber, certified project manager and EMMC registered coach. 

Experience

She has a demonstrated history of over 25 years of working in the healthcare industry as a nurse and has remarkable learning attainments and experience in business, leadership and management. She is a highly efficient adaptive transformational leader professionally skilled in advanced clinical practice, respiratory nursing, clinical research, workforce transformation, project management, innovation, entrepreneurship, coaching, mentorship, career development, and healthcare improvement. Outside of her professional interests, Temi is a lifelong learner and enjoys gardening and collecting figurines. Her commitment to personal growth is unwavering, and she always seeks to combine her love for healthcare with her diverse passions. This dedication to learning and growth highlights her adaptability and stands as a testament to her commitment to excellence. Since 2018, she has been a visionary leader and Trustee for Grace Fellowship Ministries. In addition, she has served as an NHS Nursing Director, the Director of Magg Care Limited, and is the Executive Founder of Inothink.

Family

Temi was born in Ibadan, Nigeria, to the family of late Pa Samuel, lovely mother Esther and was raised with her three brothers. She is happily married and blessed with four sons. She is a devoted Pentecostal Christian; she learnt about the work of ministry based on Christian family ethos, hence her passion for worship. She is a leader and philanthropist passionate about health service delivery, personal development, entrepreneurship, and real estate. She currently resides in the United Kingdom with her loving husband.
